Speech & Language

Look Who’s Talking

Communication starts the day your baby is born.  Gestures, sounds, eye-contact and body movements help your child learn language long before she can speak words.  Provide quiet times every day, free of Screen Time (TV, movies, computer) radio and other background noises, to allow your child to pay attention to her thoughts, her voice, and the everyday sounds around her.  There are things you can do every day to Help Your Child Communicate.
