Eating Well with Canada’s Food Guide is all about balance. Eating great tasting foods from the four food groups provides your body with all the nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, protein, essential fats you need through all stages of your life.

Our key message for 2012 is to Take Action to Reduce Sodium We will help you find ways to eat unprocessed and homemade foods more often. That way you can control the amount of salt you eat and still enjoy the great taste of food.
