We also actively participate on a number of local and provincial committees that strive to improve maternal, newborn and family health.  It’s little wonder that doctors, midwives, nurse practitioners along with family and friends recommend our classes.    Let us be your trusted source for one of life’s most important journeys.

  • a week night series of five classes that run from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. and
  • a weekend series of two consecutive Saturdays that run from 9:30 am-3:30 pm.
