Training to run 5km for beginners – Three selections from many available online :

  1. Mayo clinic, 7 weeks
  2. Runners world, 8 weeks imperial, metric
  3. Cool running, 8 weeks

You may want to use Google Map Pedometer to plan your running route, or you can register for mapmyrun to track your runs. Peterborough running routes can be found here.

Youtube searches

You can search an infinite amount of terms for different types of activities and exercises:

Aerobics class, body weight exercises, yoga, pilates, kickboxing, core exercises without equipment

Look at the length of the videos to find one that fits your schedule (e.g. 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 60 minutes). If you sign up for an account, you can save your favourite videos to do again another day.
