Looking to learn about nutrition and develop your cooking skills? Check out one of our free community programs Come Cook with Us! These cooking classes are a great chance to gain confidence in the kitchen and have fun as you learn.

Our key message is Take Action to Reduce Sodium.  We will help you find ways to eat unprocessed and homemade foods more often. That way you can control the amount of salt you eat and still enjoy the great taste of food.
