We encourage you to “Rethink Your Drinking” by looking at your relationship with alcohol, and pay attention to why, when and how much you drink. Knowing what the risks are and how to reduce them will help you make informed decisions about your alcohol use as well as help to prevent injuries, chronic diseases and other associated negative health outcomes.

Rethink Your Drinking is an awareness campaign that encourages moderation or low-risk drinking to support healthy lifestyle choices and reduce short and long-term risks associated with alcohol consumption.
