Can You Feel It?
20-minute “day in the life of today’s teen” video. Use the story to initiate a discussion about stress and how it really affects youth. Students have the opportunity to build resiliency by planning their own “Life Design”. DVD and resource kit can be borrowed from the Peterborough County City Public Health 705-743-1000.
