Business Number: 107837379RR0001

The Peterborough Public Health (PCCHU) is a registered charity and appreciates the support from all of our new and regular donors!

As a local public health agency, PCCHU is mandated by the Province of Ontario and the Ontario Public Health Standards, 2008, to provide mandatory programming related to family health, chronic disease and injury prevention, environmental health, infectious diseases, and emergency preparedness.  However, there a number of local programs and initiatives that could not continue without your generous support.

The following PCCHU-supported programs can accept charitable donations:

  • Collective Kitchens
  • Come Cook With Us
  • Community Kitchen (Mrytle’s Kitchen)
  • Contraceptive Assistance Fund
  • Dental Treatment Assistance Fund
  • Food for Kids Breakfast Program
  • Healthy Babies, Healthy Children Equipment and Supply Fund
  • Prenatal Classes for Young Parents
